INFORMATION FOR BOOKING A GUIDED TOUR:
The rates for a guided tour in Florence or Prato are as follows:
Individuals (up to 8 people): €225.00 for up to 3 hours (half-day); €420.00 for up to 6 hours (full-day + one-hour lunch break).
Groups (from 9 to 20 people): €210.00 for up to 3 hours (half-day); €420.00 for up to 6 hours (full-day + one-hour lunch break).
Additional hours can be arranged directly.
The above rates do not include entrance tickets or other extras, which are to be paid directly on-site.
Pre-arranged groups: Suitable for associations, companies, events, or groups of friends.
For schools: Guided tours with explanations of artworks and active student participation are available at a cost of €150.00 for 2 hours, with a maximum of 25 participants.

Payment Methods:
Payment can be made via the automatic system on the website or through PayPal. Tour prices are in Euros.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be communicated by email to info@silviaiovino.it at least 15 days before the tour date.
Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled date will incur a 50% fee. Failure to cancel within this period or a “no show” will result in a 100% charge of the agreed fee.
