Rates and booking conditions:
Rates for a guided tour include a maximum of 3 hours for the half day and 6 hours for the full day (lunch break not included); additional hours can be agreed directly with the tour guide.
Prices are in Euros.
Entrance fees to museums, churches, archeological sites, if necessary, are not included in our rates and need to be paid locally.
We kindly ask you to respect the starting hour scheduled with the guide who will not wait over two hours for your arrival; the minimum fee will be charged, even in the case of a no-show.
Please always make sure that you have received a written confirmation via e-mail: only in this way your reservation is considered as confirmed.
By credit card through the automatic system of the website, by paypal for tours upon request
You will receive a full refund of the tour price if you cancel at least 15 days before the start date of the tour, 50% 7 days before, otherwise cancellation fees will be 100%. Please make sure to send your cancellation by mail to the following email address: info@silviaiovino.it
